The victim in a home explosion last Friday morning in Vermillion has been identified as 83-year-old Donald McLaughlin.
His remains were discovered after firefighters controlled the blaze, some three hours after they responded. His body was sent for autopsy to confirm identification.
Cause of the fire and explosion remain under investigation.
