Thunderstorms may develop along a frontal boundary moving into north central Kansas late this afternoon, then move eastward this evening. If storms develop, they could be severe, with large hail and damaging wind the main hazard, although a tornado cannot be ruled out.

Unsettled weather is expected to continue into the weekend with off and on chances for storms possible. A few of the storms may be severe later today and into tonight.
