Telemarketers claiming to be from a business called PC Solutions have been calling area residents claiming that their PC has been infected with viruses which can only be fixed if you perform certain functions on your computer that will allow them remote access. A phone call comes in from a blocked or international number, and the caller urgently claims to be a certified tech agent who has detected viruses or malware on your computer that must be fixed right away.
